Introduction
At present, the main monofilament fully automatic production line, which in turn includes a blender, an extruder, a cooling device, a drafting device, a heat setting device, and a winding machine. The raw material bottle flakes of the monofilament pass through these mechanisms and are melted into a liquid state. After spraying out into filaments, and then going through the steps of drawing and oil immersion, the final finished conjugate fibre is formed.
