Manufacturing Process

Virgin colored polyester fibers are produced using the solution dyeing (dope dyeing) process:

Polymerization: Pure terephthalic acid (PTA) and monoethylene glycol (MEG) are polymerized to form polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

Adding Color Pigments: Color pigments are added to the molten polymer before extrusion.

Extrusion: The colored polymer is extruded through spinnerets to form fibers.

Drawing and Texturizing: The Recycled colored polyester fibers are stretched and texturized to enhance strength and texture.

Cutting: The fibers are cut into the desired length (staple fibers) or kept as continuous filaments.
