Adiponitrile giant is irritable and sends a letter

    Aoshengde, the world's largest integrated manufacturer of nylon 66, announced that due to a significant increase in input costs, it will undergo a new round of global price increases for its polyamide polymers, compounds, and monomers, as allowed by the contract. The new prices will take effect on November 1st.
    The specific increase is as follows:
    This is the third increase in the price of nylon 66 since September 20th and October 6th. After three rounds of price increases, the price of pure nylon 66 polymer has cumulatively increased by about 5500 yuan/ton.
    On October 6th, Aoshengde announced that due to a significant increase in input costs, some products will increase global prices if allowed by the contract. These price increases have taken effect in early October 2023. The adjustment is as follows:
    On September 20th, Aoshengde issued a price increase letter, announcing an increase in the prices of HMD, PA66, and engineering plastics in the Asia Pacific region starting from September 25th, with a specific increase of $0.15 to $0.25/kg.
    In addition to Oshengde, another global engineering plastics giant, Celanese, announced on October 16th that the prices of PA6 and PA66 have increased, with PA6 in the Asia Pacific region increasing by $300/ton and PA66 increasing by $200/ton.
