Post-spinning process:
1. The post-spinning stretching speed has a significant effect on the crimp rate of the fiber. If the stretching speed is reduced, the residence time of the fiber in the crimping box will be prolonged. Adequate shaping, increased fiber crimp. Low-speed stretching is conducive to improving the production stability of non-woven fabrics and reducing heat shrinkage during non-woven fabric production.
2. Most of the ES fibers adopt two-stage stretching, and the main stretching is in the stage stretching. The stretch ratio is generally more suitable at 3.5-4.5. The second stage of stretching is auxiliary stretching. Its main function is to make macromolecules further oriented and crystallized, and it also has the effect of tension heat setting to reduce the thermal shrinkage of fibers in the production of non-woven fabrics. It is more suitable to produce ES fiber with a second draw ratio of 1.1. The total stretching ratio should be high rather than low. The fiber macromolecules produced by high stretching ratio have sufficient orientation and good rigidity, and the non-woven fabric produced is fluffy and soft.
3. The curling effect of ES fiber is related to the opening, netting, surface strength and hand feeling of non-woven fabrics. The curl wave is small, the fiber cohesion is small, it is easy to fly, the opening effect is not good, the strength of the non-woven fabric is insufficient, and the fabric panel is not full and fluffy. Fibers with larger crimped waves occupy a larger two-dimensional space. After forming a web, there are more contact points between fibers and fibers, and there are more bonding points. The strength of non-woven fabrics increases.
4. Relaxation heat setting time and temperature have an impact on the bulkiness and cohesion of the finished fiber. The relaxation heat setting temperature is generally set at 70-120°C.
