4. The requirements of yarn-dyed shirt fabrics on foreign fibers

Heterosexual fibers are a difficult problem in spinning mills. When yarn-dyed mills use fine-staple cotton yarns, sometimes the foreign fibers can reach up to 30-40 points per 10 meters. Although the spinning process and the winding process have added foreign fiber removal devices, there are often many foreign fibers on the fabric. According to the scoring regulations for fabric defects, it still fails to meet customer requirements. Yarn-dyed factories need to organize a large amount of manual labor to repair foreign fibers on the fabric. Therefore, for yarn-dyed yarns, the fewer foreign fibers, the better.

5. The requirements of yarn-dyed fabric for hairiness

Hairiness plays a vital role in the quality control of yarn-dyed fabrics. First of all, since the warp and weft yarns of the yarn-dyed fabric are all dyed, the process is long, and the hairiness increases a lot during the rewinding and dyeing process, which easily causes the hairiness to gather into thick knots, affects the quality of the cloth, and even reduces the fabric. Secondly, uneven hairiness is likely to cause different shades of color; finally, the yarn has more hairiness, which will affect the fluffing and pilling of the fabric.

6. The requirement of yarn-dyed fabric for single yarn strength

Generally, the strength of yarn-dyed fabrics reaches 25% of Uster's level, which can basically meet the needs of weaving yarns. As for some special finishing yarns, special raw cotton is needed to produce. In addition, yarn-dyed mills also pay special attention to minimum strength when using yarn in daily use. Just like the wooden barrel short board principle, the quality of a batch of yarn does not depend on the best quality yarn, but on the worst quality yarn. Therefore, in the daily production management of spinning mills, special attention must be paid to the minimum strength to eliminate outdated spindles.
