Founded by Mr. He Qiulin in the 1980s in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, Huacai Group has grown alongside China's reform and opening-up, guided by a commitment to scientific development and continuous industrial transformation. Today, with over 300 dedicated employees and a 30,000-square-meter production base, we operate through four subsidiaries-Jiangyin Anrui Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Huacai Plastic & Rubber Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Huacai Textile Co., Ltd., and Jiangyin Jinliyuan Recycling Co., Ltd.-collectively delivering an annual capacity of 50,000 metric tons across polyester staple fiber, polyester ring spun yarn, and PVC particles.
